OBITUARY DOMINICK POTENZA 1918-2009 Dominick "Dic" Potenza was born in 1918, in Century, West Virginia. In 1954, together with his wife, Ann Collecchia, he founded the Montreal Hamburger chain "Dic Ann's". They worked together on a daily basis in the restaurant until her passing in 1988. Dic passed away peacefully, at his home, on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He leaves his son Donnie, his daughter Maria, their spouses Brigitte and Alex, along with seven loving grandchildren Delbina, Jessica, Nino, Traci, Dino, Anamaria and Joey. He also leaves to mourn his sisters Ida, Kate and Mary, as well as his brother John. Predeceased by his sisters Rose and Polly, his brothers Steve and Pat. Thank you to all of his friends that met him each morning at Tim Horton's for a coffee and breakfast. Thank you also to Roland Mercier and Dr. Corazza of the CLSC Cartierville for the truly fine professional help they provided him and his family. A very special thank you to Dr. Norman Nadler for his advice and support over all these years. Visitation will be held at: 10300 Pie IX (corner Fleury) on Sunday, November 1, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, November 2 at 1 p.m., at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 11775 Fillion, Cartierville, thence to Notre-Dame des Neiges cemetery.
